How to install rubber speed bump?
I. Drill holes into the asphalt through the holes already in the rubber speed bump. Make sure the holes are at least ½ inch wide and 3-4 inches deep.

II. Drive the ½ inch rebar spike through the holes in the rubber speed bump. Rebar Spikes should be 14 inches long.
III. Leave the rubber speed bump undisturbed for a minimum of 12 hours. Rubber speed bumps do not require maintenance but we recommend that you periodically check the spikes to see if they have come up. If they have, make sure to keep them hammered down below the surface of the speed bumps.
